The running family joke is that Chef Che’ has been cooking since she was two. While her professional start came slightly later, her heart has been in the kitchen since her childhood on 89th Street in Oklahoma. Mesmerized by the aromas and spices of her mother’s and grandmother’s kitchens, she turned that early inspiration into a world-class career.
A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Che’ has become a formidable name in the culinary industry. Her competitive spirit and refined palate have made her a repeated winner of the local Iron Chef competitions at Las Colinas Studios in Irving, TX. Her expertise has earned her significant media acclaim, including seven magazine features, a guest appearance on Fox 4 News, and a spotlight in an AT&T entrepreneur documentary.
